About Us
Next Step Productions was founded by Debbie Ventriello, a wedding industry veteran who previously worked for 10 years as a sales representative for videographers, photographers, disk jockeys, jewelers, bridal directories, banquet halls and other professionals associated with the bridal and banquet industry. Here is what she has accomplished since setting out on her own:
- In 2006, she created "The Engagement Celebration Bridal Fair", an intimate, invitation only bridal show staged like an actual wedding reception.
- In 2007, Debbie launched a new service named "Hot Shots Instant Photo Favors", featuring candid digital photography printed and framed during any type of milestone event.
Debbie's business philosophy is to treat each event like it were her own. "It seems like only yesterday that I was planning my wedding, my daughters' christenings, communions, sweet 16 and my inlaws' 50th anniversary party. I can easily identify with the excitement, the joy and stress of my clients. I always put myself in their shoes."
- In 2009, Debbie was named an authorized sales agent for NewJerseyBirthdayParty.com, a convenient, localized online birthday party planning resource for busy moms. Since then, she has expanded her responsibilities to include local Birthday Party web sites throughout the Northeast United States
- Most recently, she has become an independent sales associate for TALK FUSION, a company that offers world class video communications tools and exciting business opportunities.
